Yes, we do! If you’re the right fit for our company, then we want you. Depending on your location, there are different visa and sponsorship requirements.

We have previously hired international scaffolders via an Australian labour agreement; however, our next intake has been delayed until the first quarter of the next annual year.

If you are currently in Australia on a working visa (e.g. 482 visa), we have the opportunity to recruit you. 

For rope access technicians or sheet metal workers, we can apply for sponsorship directly instead of the Australian labour agreement.

We are a company overflowing with a diverse range of hirable skill sets. not only do we offer scaffolding, total access solutions, and design and engineering, we have also formed partnerships with industry peers to broaden our services. 

We are currently in collaboration with two innovative and companies that offer unique solutions to complex problems. Firstly, Hoist Torque Australia is working closely with us to offer our clients vertical access solutions. Whilst not a direct employee of Caledonia Group, we have partnered with them to combine our services under one umbrella, if and when needed.

WashDrones is another company that has impressively established themselves within the industry and we are excited about our joint venture with them. They offer high-powered drones using to clean buildings, scaffolding and more, up to a maximum height of 100m. 

Our team also consists of in-house riggers, crane operators, and rope-access technicians. 

We provide our services primarily throughout Australia and New Zealand, ensuring that we can cater to your needs no matter where you are located. Our team is flexible and adaptable and, under the right circumstances, are willing to travel internationally for projects.

Our experience is vast and we are always willing to undergo new training in current and emerging technologies and strategies for our industry. 

We have previously worked in places such as Indonesia, Malaysia, and New Caledonia. Our offices operate out of Australia and New Zealand, but our services extend to a global level.
